يوسف... والبدائل الجديدة

البوصلة القرآنية - أحمد خيري العمري

عن أمة ضاق عن وصفها جنان المفوه والأخطب!

أثناء قراءة كتاب "أيام لها تاريخ" لـ "أحمد بهاء الدين"، استوقفتني قصة "زواج الشيخ يوسف". 

هذا تلخيص للقصة وفقا لما ذكره الكاتب:

عام 1904، رفع "السادات" - أحد الأعيان وقتها - قضية ضد "علي يوسف" لأنه تزوج ابنته "صفية" بدون علم أبيها (رغم موافقة الأب على الخطبة، لكنه لسبب ما ماطل في اتمام الزيجة).

رفع "السادات" دعوى أمام المحكمة الشرعية يطالب فيها بإبطال الزواج استنادا على أن الشريعة تشترط لصحة الزواج وجود تكافؤ بين الزوجين في الاسلام والنسب والمهنة والمال. فطعن "السادات" في نسب ومهنة "علي يوسف"، حيث أنه ذو نسب ينتهى لفاطمة الزهراء بنت رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم)، كما أنه ورث من آبائه ثروات طائلة. في حين أن "علي يوسف" بلا نسب ومن أسرة شديدة الفقر تعيش في قرية "وضيعة" - كما وصفها محامي "السادات" - على الرغم من أن "علي يوسف" في ذاك وقت كان قد أصاب مكانه رفيعة وثروة إثر عمله بالصحافة واجتهاده، وتمتعه بصلات بشخصيات رفيعة المكانة وصولا للخديوي عباس الثاني والخليفة التركي بالقسطنطينية.

وقتها انقسم الناس - كالعادة - إلى قسمين، قسم لم يرى أن فكرة الفقر وانعدام النسب بالشئ المهين لمنع الزيجة، خصوصا أن "يوسف" شخص عصامي، قد وصل إلى مكانة رفيعة جدا بمجهوده الشخصي. وقسم آخر - وهم أكثرية كالعادة أيضا - تمسكوا بموروثاتهم القديمة عن تعريف "الشرف" و "النسب". قسم منهم كان من خصوم "علي يوسف" السياسين فكانت فرصة للتشهيروالتنكيل به.

القاضي الذي نظر القضية - الشيخ "أبو خطوة" - كان معروف بتزمته الشديد. فبعد عدة جلسات أصدر حكم بفسخ القعد. فقد رأي أن ثراء "علي يوسف" الحالي لايمحو عنه وصمة أنه كان فقيرا ذا يوم!! فقال في حكمه: "أن فقره في بدئه وإن زال عنه الآن باكتساب الغنى، إلا أن عاره لا يزول عنه"!!!!!!!

لكن حكم الاستئناف أيد الحكم الأول.

بسبب الجدل المحيط بالقضية، فقد أثرت بشكل ما في الرأي عام، ودفعته إلى اعادة التفكير في الكثير مما كان يؤمن به من قديم.

تعليقي: 

الطريف في القصة، أن بعد انتهاء القضية رسميا في المحاكم، تم الصلح بين الأب و "علي يوسف"، ووافق الأب على الزواج مرة أخرى!

 

والرائع والمدهش عند قراءة هذه القصة وسط كل "العبث" الحالي، ومحاولاتك لفهم كيف يمكن للبعض التنازل بكل سهولة عن أبسط مبادئ الآدمية، و تصديق أعمى لمن عُرف عنهم الكذب والتدليس في الماضي القريب -القريب جدا جدا جدا -، الانبهار بالكاريزما المزيفة، والكلمات الرننانة الخاوية من أي معنى أو منطق؛ تتجلى أمامك استنتاج واحد فقط:

"المصري معروف بجبروه.. وبقوته... أصيل أصيل أصيل... مش بيتنازل عن عقليته أبدا، حتى ولو بعد قرن من الزمان"!!

ثم تتجلى حقيقة أخرى: "حتى *شاعر النيل* كفر بيكي يابلد"؟!!!!

رُحماك يالله...
